Third Party Property Recovery
At RecoverSmart, we understand from personal experience that dealing with insurance companies can be a headache. If insurance companies have to pay to repair your vehicle, they will refer you to one of their partnered or preferred repairers. Whilst this is necessarily not a problem, the respective repairer is usually under contract with the insurance company to repair your vehicle at minimal cost.
Cost cutting and vehicle repairs often result in unsatisfactory outcomes. This can have short and long term ramifications to your vehicle. At RecoverSmart, we constantly strive to ensure your vehicle is repaired to pre-accident condition. This is at a smash repairer of your choice. Alternatively we could recommend a repairer that can guarantee quality work.
Unlike insurance companies, at RecoverSmart, we are constantly striving to provide simple and efficient services to our customers. If you are involved in an accident, simply fill out our ‘online accident details form’ and we will respond within a 24 hour time frame to confirm approval (meaning the other party has accepted liability for the accident).
Following approval of the claim, our independent assessor will assess the damage(s) to your vehicle. To uphold customer satisfaction, we assess the vehicle with the repairer’s quote of your choice. Following assessment, repairs to your vehicle are undertaken immediately. After all repairs are finalised, your vehicle will be ready to be collected and RecoverSmart will begin the recovery process with the respective insurance company.
To maximise your experience with RecoverSmart, we charge no fees to the client. RecoverSmart upholds a ‘no-win, no-fee’ basis, and we charge the repairer the fees for the recovery unless your vehicle is a total loss. If your repairer’s quote exceeds the value of the car, your vehicle will be deemed a total loss and we’ll charge $300 for recovering the final total loss value.
