Car Hire & Recovery

If you have been involved in an accident and are not at fault, RecoverSmart will supply you with a replacement vehicle free of charge. The cost of the hire car will be paid for by the fault party’s insurer. To maximise convenience, RecoverSmart can have the replacement vehicle delivered to your home, repairer or work.

For your personal satisfaction, RecoverSmart provides a ‘like for like’ with your vehicle. For example, if you have Toyota Camry, we will put you in a Toyota Camry until repairs on your vehicle are completed. The replacement vehicle has no mileage restrictions and comes with full cover insurance.

The associated costs for the hire will be paid for by the ‘at fault’ insurance company. Whilst RecoverSmart upholds a ‘no-win, no-fee’ guarantee, any additionally inccurred charges such as petrol, tolls or fines remain the responsibility of the customer. In the event you are involved in an accident, there is a basic excess fee of $1000. This however will be waived in the event you are not at fault for the accident.
